Seller Agreement

1. Agreement

By registering as a seller on Khmer Furniture Market, you agree to this Seller Agreement in addition to our Terms & Conditions and applicable platform policies.

2. Seller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, product listings, pricing, stock levels, and images.
• Fulfill orders promptly and communicate delays to buyers.
• Comply with Cambodian tax, consumer protection, licensing, and product safety requirements.
• Issue GDT-compliant tax invoices when required by law.
• Handle returns, warranties, and after-sales support for your products unless platform support intervenes in a dispute.

3. Product Listings

You must not list prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, or misleading products. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate marketplace rules.

4. Payments and Settlements

Payments collected through the platform are settled according to the vendor settlement schedule and fee structure agreed during onboarding. Platform service fees and applicable charges are deducted before payout.

5. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy violations, repeated buyer complaints, fraud, or legal non-compliance.
